This is an absolute joke of a business and one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. Our roof was assessed for damage and potential replacement by Spencer Grabski, an AWS employee. We opened an insurance claim per his prompting for a hail storm that he reported occurred in July. Little did we know he had fabricated the date and had not bothered to check a single weather report.
