This place is the cleanest around, and they're nice once you're there. Their vets know what they're doing too. Those things make it appealing on the surface. On the other hand, they pick up the phone about 5% of the time, so 1 in 20 calls. I've also been there, while their staff is looking right at the phone, with the phone ringing, and they just ignore it. They don't take pet patient visits the week of your pet's need, ever.
