They are doing work on Meany road in browns mills and the black girl who was working the stop/slow sign felt it was more important to sit on the side of the road talking to her boyfriend, rather than doing her job. Almost caused an accident of me driving right into oncoming traffic. The entire time I was waiting to go she was sitting on her phone. Get rid of your useless employees and hire someone qualified to do the job. She’d be better off on unemployment.
