As a contractor, we've used Awntech on several project and have always been happy with the quality of the product and the ease of installation. The latest one we installed was having some trouble with the wind sensor and it's ability to function on just the batter/solar setup. It worked with it plugged in, but otherwise it would not. After contacting customer support they walked through the issue with us and had a new one sent out the same day. No questions asked.
