Very good. Easy to install.
Easy install, expands usable space and keeps rooms cooler.
Love this awning. We went with the 14' wide model. Installation was straight forward and the team was a great help. I'm glad I went with the motorized option as it's a bit of a workout to extend and retract it manually. Also bought the wind sensor, which automatically retracts it when the Texas winds start blowing.
