Awning was delivered heavily damaged with top metal cover dented, front bar dented , fabric torn. Customer service admitted product normally gets damaged during delivery because of size and coming from west coast . Do yourself a big favor and don’t buy from this company since they knowingly and admittedly deliver products damaged
Love my awntech retractable awning! I've had it for 10+ years and it has been a solid investment! Replaced the canvas and end caps and it looks like brand new. Awntech has very good prices on thier products compared to other company's in the business . Great quality and prompt service. Thank You Awntech!
Awning was good price easy to install, but it's impossible to remove wrinkles in the awning
I have used the awnings for over 10 years. I am gratified that I could get repair parts readily.
