I’m frustrated because my mother has been trying to get her awning repaired, but after calling and texting multiple times over several days, we have received no response. I am leaving two stars instead of one only because they did a great job replacing the fabric on her awning a few years ago; however, the current lack of communication is very disappointing.
Brandan is awesome. Great customer service and all around good person. Showed up when he said and fixed our issue. Highly recommend
Had a problem with a crooked awning and had no idea who to call. It was my good fortune to have called Awnings&Rooms. I spoke to Karen who was helpful, friendly and courteous.She set up an appointment and told me that Brandon would be out to check out the awning. What a pleasant surprise!!!! Wonderful company to do business with. We shopped around and got quotes from atleast 5 vendors in the area and awnings and rooms unlimited was very fair with their price. We got a larger awning and better warranty here than the others at a better price. Would highly recommend
