We ordered Awnings in August 2006 and we still have not received them. We have been told more than several promise dates and we keep being told that the fabric is not in. When asked why we were the ones that had to keep calling him, Mike said that he is understaffed and cannot find trust worthy employees. We have already given half of the whole amount. I'm not sure if we are ever going to get our awnings. I would not recommend using him, ever!
