Called this company weeks ago ! talked to Emily fast response got back with us immediately. Told them I wanted to use my hardware and to replace the awning. They said not a problem , we took preliminary measurements sent them to them. They got back with us immediately gave us a quote! From day one they have been on top of this. Called this morning said the awning was finished and was going to install it. Weren’t here more than 45 minutes ! Had three guys. Awning is up. First class people I highly recommend! My wife and I were extremely pleased with Awnings by Kinser. Aaron and Emily Kinser were extremely professional, prompt, with top notch quality, and great to work with. Awning looks fantastic. They replaced an existing awning, inspected and serviced the existing mechanism. They were attentive to our needs and did not try to up-sell us as every other company we quoted did. Price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
