I have used Awnings by Design twice now. Once to repair an original install that wasn't done correctly by another company that went out of business. They did a great job at that time - quick, friendly, and the price was fair. The second and more recent time, I needed them to replace the entire top portion of my awning that was destroyed in the Nov 2024 wind storm. We're very pleased with our new deck cover! It makes it so much more inviting. The guys were very complete and careful, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
The awnings look great and are working great. From the start of picking the style and colors the team did great in presentation of product to the finishing touches. Hugo did a great installation and very helpful in demonstrating the operation of the product. Thank you to all involved in and will recommend your company to anyone who is looking for Awnings.
Exceptional Job from the original bid process to the final product. We bid this out to 3 other vendors, and Sam and his team were the only ones who took the time to walk and talk through the project, flex on using some existing posts, and in general, making it all work. Hugo and his team did the install and this guy is a total pro. Very detailed and competent work, and we would 100% recommend them.
We were at the Norwest Flower and Garden show in February. We stopped and and started asking questions as we had a need for an outside shade. We talked to 2 people and they were awesome, no pressure just information. They asked if we would like a call in next week to set up quote. Curt arrived on time, measured n gave us a quote.
