Awning still leaks.I Had a heavy duty awning and they replaced it with a light weight cover never said I wasn't getting the same quality fabric like I had.They had to use WD-40 to slide it on the track then tried fixing the leaks with silicone applying it using the finger method.Applying silicone on top of WD-40 won't work.Its been months now.Need to find someone to fix the leaks.
They installed a nice awning in my backyard, at a reasonable price, but their post-sale service is non-existent. I had a loose piece of the awning which they never came back to fix it, it has been 6 months already. The thing is, they subcontract all the work and don't have leverage over their subcontractors to do post-installation fixes. Once you pay, that's it, they are gone.
