Francisco installed a beautiful set of custom awnings over our porches and when one of our awnings became stained and sagging from water runoff from our roof, Francisco replaced the awning as part of the warranty.
Just had my awning installed today and my patio is so much cooler already. It's been 2 1/2 years now and the motor wasn't working properly. I waited a month for a service call after multiple excuses. Then I was told it was my fault because I used the hand crank. It turns out the motor is covered by the manufacturers warranty, but it was another company that told me that, and they're taking care of it! Francisco told me it wasn't under warranty, but it has a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
I have only nice things to say about my new awnings. Francisco is great to deal with and has very good prices as well. What more could you want?
