We have tried for a month to do business with Awning Works. We submitted an online info request which went unanswered for 2 weeks. We called and spoke with a gentleman (I wish I had written his name down) who requested that we text him pictures of the deck we want to cover, and he promised some design ideas within a few days. Another 2 weeks passes and nothing. Now nobody answers the phone and they don't return our calls (numerous messages left).
