Awning Pros are wonderful. I found out about them at the Alameda County Fair years ago. I asked them to install a steel locking screen door to my sliding door. No trouble at all. Bruce the owner came out, took the measurements and in a few weeks installed exactly what we wanted. Years of wear and tear went by and we had to replace the sliding glass door, not the locking metal screen door. I inquired about a Retractable awning and Dave called me back A few days later. He asked me for my address so he could look it up on Google Earth or whatever he was looking it up on and never got back to me. A company that drops the ball like this is sure one that I wouldn’t want to go forward with Having them do any work for me in the future! Company that can’t even offer follow through says a lot about what Kind of service they would offer

Bruce serviced my awning. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the features and how to operate it. The awning was installed by the previous homeowner. He made adjustments to improve its function. Bruce also washed it and did an excellent job. He left the area clean and the awning looks and operates great! I highly recommend Bruce at Awning Pros and will use them again for any service or cleaning that is needed.
