We spent around $6000 on our awning. For the last YEAR we have been trying to get it serviced do to some small tears and things. We've been made repeated promises with firm dates it would be done by for a year on multiple occasions. Now, after multiple attempts to contact them since their last promise 3 months ago, they have stopped returning our calls and emails entirely.
