AWJ (Alex Jennings) installed the electric and lighting controls on my house in 2022-23. He has not responded to emails, texts, nor voicemails for 6 months to finish the job (paid for) by ordering and installing the Lutron engraved keypads. There was also a lack of communication with the installation of a whole house generator, and Alex refused to correct defects in its installation.
