I work for 2 different breweries and I often go to swap out my empty cylinders. Very quick and easy. Pay, sign your out.
Was looking at your webpage and saw you have 10lbs tanks in stock. Called in to ask about them and the person on the phone says you don't do anything below 20lbs... So which is it, is the webpage correct or is the person on the phone correct? I was gonna come down and have a look but I guess I'm not now.
Came in for a CO2 cylinder exchange. Quick and easy, with a fair price. This place is better than their rating suggests - most negative reviews are about not refilling their own tanks. I think that's pretty typical for these gas suppliers; they only want to do cylinder exchanges because it's much more efficient. I'd call ahead to check if they can refill your cylinder, if that's really important to you.
They don't refill propane tanks and they wanted to swap my empty tank with another empty tank.
