New place good to go
Booked a couples massage, we both had very different experiences. One of us really enjoyed the experience, loved techniques, felt relaxed, enjoyed the quiet practitioner, felt relaxed. One of us had a very offputting experience, person was gruff in speaking, loud, put thing on legs during, techniques that were jostling, got off the table not feeling relaxed and feeling very sore. Lasted 25 mins of a 90 massage as that’s all I could tolerate of another employee chatting in the next room. No consideration for others in the facility. My massage person even asked them to quiet down but they didn’t. I ended the massage as I did not want to listen to loud talking and couldn’t care less that others had to hear them. Open concept ceilings. Selling relaxation but it’s anything but.

Went in today Saturday August 24 2024 have been in for massages with my husband there about 4 or 5 times before and always had a good experience which is why we keep coming back. The blonde woman at the reception desk today spoke to us in the most inappropriate customer manner I have ever seen. She was rude and unbearable and spoke to us like we were stupid. Will not be back again. And will warn people against spending their money in a place that employs such horrible people.
