Repaired my car quicker and cheaper than I ever expected them to. Really incredible staff. Hopefully, I wont have to return to a bodyshop but if I had to - I would 100% would be coming back here!
We’ve been with Land Rover for a couple years now and no issues until now. We brought are ranger rover in more than a month ago as there was an attempted theft which resulted in a shattered rear window, damaged rear passenger window, wiring issues, multiple scratches/scuffs on the vehicle. Apparently once the dealership is done with their fixes (non body work) they send it to a third party (AWIN) and just forget about it. My car was rear ended a few weeks ago and the damage looked to be minimal but the repair was quite extensive due to the parts and paint required to fix the bumper and back hatch. From the moment I called to the minute I left with my fully repaired car I was taken care of with what I would call “white glove” service. I went to the Land Rover sales office for repairs, and they referred me to this auto body shop. Apparently, I was supposed to book an appointment, but no one told me—so I walked in. The woman at the counter greeted me with a face like thunder, clearly displeased, and dismissively told me to sit and wait without another word. Charming. Twenty minutes later, a man showed up.
