I love Dr. Luciano! I’ve always found her to be kind and attentive. She treated my sister who was very ill and she’s treated me for years. I go infrequently now, but I always know where the best rheumatologist in town is if I need her!
good doc, but the office answering service is awful Had her for 7 years and now firing her because of the answering service. You can no longer contact the office. IS she actually seeing any patients?
As a patient with this provider to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Extremely poor communication by all involved. It's as if nobody knows what they are doing to include the physician. Prescription never wrote/sent in with zero responsibility taken. Messages left, no response. Don't put yourself through this. Very difficult especially when not feeling good.
Whoever answered the phone was super nice and friendly, but if any of you are a new patient and in a hurry or desperate like I am, look elsewhere. They have no openings and you just have to wait for a cancellation. EDIT- I spoke too soon! They literally called me back the next day to try to fit me in. Bumping it up to 4 stars for now, but will probably bump up to 5 after the actual appointment. They also returned my phone call within an hour this morning. Very prompt!
