My experience with AWF sheet metal has always been amazing, I run a roof tiling company and we use them for all our valley iron needs also any other colourbond products that we need on our jobs. They are reliable, on time and always deliver when we need. Special mention to our rep Maddie who has made our transition to this company such a great experience her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We look forward to working with this company for a long time
Absolutely horrible experience, Was told a delivery would be organised for a Wednesday nine days went past and never got the delivery, Was told on multiple occasions it was on board for delivery and then it would just never arrive and they wouldn’t answer the phone after 4:30. Every day I was told it would arrive the next day and it just never got there. Pushed back a job for almost 2 weeks because of them, Put me at a loss. Worst company I have ever worked with.
Great service. I tried 2 other nearby businesses before I contacted AWF. The others were slow to respond. I sent AWF an email in the afternoon, they replied right away and my order was ready for pick up first thing the following morning.
