Horrible experience. Spoke to Rodolfo in the beginning of December and he said bring the car in in January. Yesterday I called him to confirm their hours and let him know I’ll be bringing the car. Drove all the way from Galveston only to find out Rodolfo is on vacation for 2 months. His partner had left for a doctors appt so I was told to return later. I texted Rodolfo at 4:30 that I’ll be back by 5:30. Get there and partner still not there. Was told to wait since he was “on his way 17 minutes away”. Waited until 6 and no on... read more
