I had such a lovely experience here with an AWESOME staff ;) I came in slightly late around 6:30 and they were still happy to take me in. Very welcoming staff, relaxing music, very clean salon, and great services provided to me. 1000% has become my new go to nail salon. THANK YOU AWESOME<3
I came to this nail salon 20 minutes before they closed, Yen had exceptional care! After I asked multiple times if it was too late she reassured me it was all okay! She put so much effort and detail into my nails (cut my cuticles) as well as stayed after close to finish my nails! This has by far been one of my favorite sets! She was so kind, made great conversation, and put so much effort into my service! I’ve recommended this salon & Yen to all my friends!

Service was good. I was in and out fast. My nails look fine, a little messy but fine. A little confused on the prices. I looked on the website before coming in and I saw $45/55+ for full set acrylic gel. I was expecting to pay between $60-65 including tip. I asked for short black almond french tip. Once i got to the register to pay, he says “full set almond french tip. total is $70” without tip… I just can’t make sense of it going from $45/55+ to $70 when all i got was french tip. no designs or anything extra. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Birmingham for a pedicure and this one is the best in Birmingham. Great customer service, they do not rush at all which is great. 10 out of 10
