I called ahead and was told to come right away, even without an appointment. When I arrived, I clearly said I didn’t have one, and the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat. After waiting 25 minutes with no help, another staff member finally approached, told me I had called the wrong location, and asked me to leave. When I questioned why I had been told to sit, her response was, “that’s not her fault, we have another appointment at 4:45.” This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. I’ve been here 4 times now and all four times have been 5 stars. I book in advance and when I arrive they’re always on time. The women have all been polite, gentle and provided me good customer service. The actual gel polish they use seems to be great quality. After my manicures and pedicures the polish doesn’t chip and lasts a long time Overall 10/10 I would recommend giving them a try
