Linda is the best! She always gives me exactly what I want. The ladies here are patient and hardworking.
She literally said come back later we are busy. I felt so disrespected. I know your business is going well and you don’t respect your new customers but that doesn’t mean that you should behave this way with your new customer. Thanks for ruining my day off. I called ahead and was told to come right away, even without an appointment. When I arrived, I clearly said I didn’t have one, and the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat. After waiting 25 minutes with no help, another staff member finally approached, told me I had called the wrong location, and asked me to leave. When I questioned why I had been told to sit, her response was, “that’s not her fault, we have another appointment at 4:45.” This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here.
