Absolutely love my nails! 😍 Holly did an amazing job and paid so much attention to every little detail. My nails turned out even better than I imagined! She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Definitely recommend Holly to anyone looking for beautiful nails! 💅✨
This place does not have good customer service. They are not gentle with nails. They don’t know how to remove nails or even put on acrylics. Sloppy job they do. No wonder why it’s always silent and empty barely Any customers. The lady who works near the end near the window is the worst of all when it comes to attitude. Yeah I thought I would give this place another chance I’m not coming back.
I have been going to both locations for years and every staff member is amazing! I see Linda and she is the best and she always does an amazing job and I can get in there the day I call and never have to wait!
When I asked for the price of nails before starting she gave me a bad attitude. She did not glue my nails properly. And my nails hurt god knows how she glued them. The whole service she was speaking about me to other ladies so rude. She thought I can’t understand 😂 on top of that when I kept asking for certain looks or designs she kept making horrible faces at me. She did not even cut my nails properly before the extensions either. She was cold and rude throughout the whole experience. Also they lack variety in colours.
