Terrible service!!! I purchased a gift card for a friend for her birthday, and when she got there, she was charged an additional cost. The GC should have been enough to pay her mani and pedi, but they charged my friend an additional price since they claimed the GC had expired, despite the fact that I was assured the GC was valid for 6 months before purchasing it in February.
A wonderful place for nail polishing.
Went in yesterday to get my manicure and pedicure done for an event. Someone recommended this place and I am beyond disappointed! Just a couple of hours after getting them done, one came off on my foot. The next day, we came back to get them fixed and then a few hours after AGAIN, this time one on my fingernail came off! To add on top, when I went to get my toenail fixed, it burned because they’d filed it again. They did a top coat on all my toenails and the top coat seemed to start getting air bubbles and seemed flaky! Mind... read more
I was charged $55 for a pedicure . The client sitting next to me had a luxurious foot massage. I didn’t. I am sure I could have found a more affordable pedicure elsewhere. Thank goodness when they tried to upsell me to a mani pedi combo I declined . I am quite disappointed . Awesome nails? Not so awesome. I might give a better review if I have another technician who does a better job
