Mr. Gantt's quote was considerably cheaper than the other contractors...now I know why. There were inconsistencies in the contract and the amount quoted to complete the job. The quote provided was for one application of paint, unbeknownst to me. (hence the low quote). Additional money was requested to apply a second coat. I found paint droppings on the carpet, underneath the stair railings and on the steps. Paint was applied to an area that was spackled without sanding the surface.
