Very disappointed! Had the button on STOP. Started to put my quarters in and it immediately started counting down the time. I had not even started the wash yet. So, if you are putting $10 or more of quarters in, it is basically charging you for doing that. What if I had dropped all my quarters and had to pick them all up. I would be SOL! I assumed it wouldn't start the countdown until I turned the knob on to a specific function. What a rip off! Will definitely go back to Kwik-Star!

Stopped by to use the vacuum. Not from here but trusted reviews. Unfortunately, we must have come before the vacuum have been emptied. We have a tiny 3 door car. We used the strangest vacuum setting 3x and we struggled to make it actually work. Checked connections. Once it shut off the final time and we went to put it away, a large amount of dog food and other debris came out of the hose. $4.50 later and still have light/normal floor dirt visible. Opted out of the car wash after this experience.

Pay by card, but no clear instructions! No way to add minutes. No sign as to cost

I travel 25 miles to use this car wash.I have not ever had to wait for a stall.I really like the Triple foam polish and your car will shine. I also like the carpet shampoo for my car. It's clean and well lit. And here is a big plus,there's a laundry mat and a Gym all right there. It's less than a mile off Hyw.61 and Tysons is right there too. Real nice place to get your ToDo list done.
