many people are confusing Awesome Blossom with Blossoms which is a glorified order service in California, many of the complaints are confused and misdirected to the wrong company
Beautiful bouquet recieved. Very unique.
Don't use this company. They were to deliver flowers for a funeral. They didn't deliver them and offered an upgraded bouquet to be sent to the house. It's 3 days later and still no bouquet. Horrible service. Flowers to a grieving family are a one shot deal on the day of...not a week later. They have made me look uncaring to my family member. Should be a zero stars available in the ratings
We had a terrible loss in our family so my 74 year old mother sent flowers w this service (Wednesday)They never came. She reached out (Monday) and they brushed her off saying they were on their way. A week later they never showed up. So I called them and they tried to apologize and give a a coupon for further services. Dude, we haven’t gotten the initial services! After much arguing I got her money refunded. They say it will take 6 business days. Stay tuned. Don’t use them they just take your money he and don’t care at all.
