This was, without a doubt, my best experience with any repair company ever! Ken was my technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. I called on a Friday afternoon and set up an appointment time for Sunday, but when he had a cancellation he gave me the option of having him here early, which I grabbed at. He was prompt and extremely friendly. He was up front about the costs, showed me what the issue was, and explained absolutely everything. they're reliable and trust worthy... prices are fair and the price for parts is pretty much the same if u went and purchased them urself. they wear booties and come on time. this is the best appliance repair company in the bizz
