DW local team are rather unprofessional and disrespectful to local residents as they continue to construct new homes. Wouldn't trust them. They turned gravel roads into dirt. Pond has algae taken over. Speeding is prevalent and their so called "speed bumps" are an inch high (more like a mat that's falling apart).
If you want be disrespected, ignored and have continuing issues from a builder who does not care. Run away from this development as fast as you can! I have never had a man get in my face and try to bully me, definitely contentious and irrational.
The builder needs to put some money into the road into the development. It's not very attractive, and extremely dusty and full of potholes.
