Jeanie is a Super engaged and Calming Yoga Teacher especially for someone like myself at beginner level. Jeanie was able to give myself an awareness of my body, taking the time to connect with the wisdom, and pace of doing yoga. I feel like I can better listen to my body and pay attention to my self-care through Jeanie's yoga teachings. I am absolutely grateful for this body, mind and spirit experiences ! Jeanie is a superb yoga teacher, my Yoga Guru. I adore her. When she says yoga connects your mind, body and soul, she will mean it in every exercise she will make you do. The way she explains each move in her yoga class, you will realise how well your body is connected to the way you treat or handle your different bodyparts.
