Natalie did a terrific job of identifying the points of tension in my body and applying the right amount of pressure to them. Her approach is very nurturing and respectful, and the discussion we had prior to the massage portion of the appointment put me at ease. I appreciate how she demonstrated some exercises and techniques to self-manage muscle tension.
Natalie is an exceptional body worker with a warm and welcoming presence. She provides a space free of judgement where I can feel at peace while I work toward my wellness goals. Her dedication to the wellbeing of her clients is evident. I will definitely be back!
