Great place to take your vehicles in for service and repair. I have always found that their advice has been true to form, and they have always explained vehicle problems in a manner that I can understand.
1st time having them work on my car, received an estimate over the phone for the issue, and just picked up my car and they were under their estimate by $75 or so. Not sure how many places now would ever do that but this customer really appreciates it and will be back when needed. Highly recommend! Very friendly and helpful and even got me in quick.
I looked my keys in my car at the gas station in Traer, my boss is friends with one of the mechanics that works there, (Scott) she called he came out, got my car unlocked within minutes. I called my car insurance company for them to send somebody out of Waterloo while I would have had to wait for 2 hours for them to get there. Scott came out right away, helped me out, he was very polite, and had no troubles. Thanks Scott you're amazing! 🙂
