Home service: We moved here in Nov 2023 and the tank at our new home was empty a week later. They came right out and filled us (Good) I signed up for the service to fill us automatically, to ensure we never run out. That has never worked In the past year I have run out 3 times and caught it myself once before it is too late (Poor service). ****Update. I was double billed for the propane tank rent and called and spoke with the manager on December 3rd and he said he would get it removed. Since, I have received two bills stating the amount was past due and spoken to the office 3 different times and it is still not resolved. Then, I signed up for them to top off my tank as needed in November. I have yet to see them and have now ran out of propane.
