Igor does exactly what he says he will do. He inspected my garage, explained what he would do, and when he would do it. Then, he was prompt, knowledgeable and very hardworking. The quality of his work was outstanding. As my particular job entailed going onto the neighbour's property, he treated my neighbour very courteously and was able to explain to him where he had an unrelated drainage issue to mine.
