Lorena and Lindsey made my daughter's birthday at the spa at West Scottsdale so special. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure she felt celebrated and had an amazing experience. The entire visit was wonderful, and we are so grateful for their kindness and attention to detail. Thank you, Lorena and Lindsey!
The Worst Spa Experience – Not Worth It at All We live in Scottsdale and booked a spa day at the W through Itai. It was honestly the worst massage I’ve ever had — completely unprofessional and nothing close to what you’d expect from a place like this. For a hotel with this kind of reputation, the spa was a huge letdown. Not worth the money, and I would never go back.
I came in for an anti-aging facial and left completely amazed. The treatment was so thorough – deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and targeted serums. I could actually feel my skin tightening during the session, and afterward, my face looked lifted, smoother, and more radiant. The esthetician was so professional and explained each step with care. This is exactly what my skin needed. I’m definitely coming back regularly!
