Disappointing for a W hotel Can’t get an appointment They are we believe remodeling , terrible etiquette. We requested to speak to director who apparently was not available, if there is one Staff not any better then a street spa Hotel is lovely , spa doesn’t fit in
My boyfriend and i had a couples massage. It was fantastic. The spa was beautiful, service was great and I loved my massage by Alex! She released my low back pain
A few quick observations for future guests. Two of us visited the spa for two types of facials - Environmental detox and hydro facial. The weather was gloomy and cold and therefore we did not use the beach or pool access. FACIALS The hydro facial was nice but not close to $400 nice. The aesthetician was really pleasant and the room was quiet and comfortable. The other facial was a glorified “at home mask” service.
