My boyfriend and i had a couples massage. It was fantastic. The spa was beautiful, service was great and I loved my massage by Alex! She released my low back pain
A few quick observations for future guests. Two of us visited the spa for two types of facials - Environmental detox and hydro facial. The weather was gloomy and cold and therefore we did not use the beach or pool access. FACIALS The hydro facial was nice but not close to $400 nice. The aesthetician was really pleasant and the room was quiet and comfortable. The other facial was a glorified “at home mask” service. During July 1 - August 1 is spa month in Miami, what an amazing idea to be honest! I went to the Away Spa at The W on South Beach and the staff was beyond wonderful. The reason I gave only 4 stars is I like luxury spa's and have been to many however, the one thing I didnt like about this spa was when you're there you have to wait in the bathroom/changing area to be called on for your services.
