Wonderful experience! My tech took her time and made sure to ask questions to verify allergies, desired pressure level, comfort etc. I got the detox/peel herbal body wrap. I felt so relaxed. Calming atmosphere. Wish I could do some form of this everyday.
Great Deep Masage recommended Myrna Pierre was nice ,the spa is inside of the W Hotel ,beautiful hotel by the way
Disappointing for a W hotel Can’t get an appointment They are we believe remodeling , terrible etiquette. We requested to speak to director who apparently was not available, if there is one Staff not any better then a street spa Hotel is lovely , spa doesn’t fit in
My boyfriend and i had a couples massage. It was fantastic. The spa was beautiful, service was great and I loved my massage by Alex! She released my low back pain
