Tye is monitoring the fb page and making appointments when the main office has closed its doors. She will make initial appointment and get the big bucks and give a 30 day guarantee, but when you call for a follow up you will either be ghosted ir she will give you an appointment and never show and then will not accept your calls.

Called and booked an appointment with this company. Received a text from the owner an hour before the appointment that the technician wasn’t available. Rebooked for the next day with the owner Tye and then she no called and no showed to help my daughter. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Still have yet to hear from them.

We've have been dealing with lice for the 2nd time around since February. They have come out multiple times and us the Fairytales repel spray that doesn't kill the lice only helps remove the lice and nits. We still have lice! The only lady I have dealt with has been extremely unprofessional! She failed to mention after our initial fees that every time they came out we would have a $75 travel fee! Be aware of this company if you don’t wish to be charged with hidden fees. After specifically asking if there was going to be any charge for a follow up we assured that there was not going to be any charge. My husband and I both asked her about. After cancelling 3 follow up appointments, she came follow up visit, when she finished , there was $75 travel fee. After paying $175 for initial service. Tieca was amazing!!!!!! She was so sweet to my girls I should have totally done this the first time instead of trying my self 2 times!!! She came all the way out on New Year’s Eve and didn’t leave until 8:00pm!! What a blessing this company is and I will recommend to all my friends!!!!I love that they came out and rechecked as well as a 30 day guarantee!!!! Really great service! She put my girls hairs in bows and brought them candy!!!! GREAT PLACE 💯
