Very Disappointed My family has been visiting Gatlinburg, TN and renting cabins for many, many years. We have always enjoyed our experience and have never felt the need to complain. We rented Enchanted Sunsets - which is listed as a luxury cabin. These issues were discovered after we unpacked all of our luggage and had completely set ourselves up for our 7 night stay. Wow, have these guys went down hill. We have been staying at Gatlinburg Falls (Cabins of the Smoky Mountains) for several years now, and what we just experienced was saddening. I have never see so many unhappy customers at any type of of business in my life. Lines out the door, ready to riot. For us personally, we had a check in time at 4pm, and we didn't get checked in until 7:23pm. We had two infants so this wasn't fun. I recently chose this company, and a cabin called Running Bear, for a week away with my sister and our teenage kids. We chose the cabin based on the specific wants of a fire pit, hot tub, Ms. PacMan game, and a theater room. This cabin was NOT what was shown online. The outside was worn, grill was filthy, the fire pit area was trashed (the table top fire pit shown in the pictures was unusable), there was trash in the yard, hot tub was not working.
