Jeff asked me to take my one star review down. This was my response: Jeff, The short answer is no. My review was honest. I'd post one once a week if I had that kind of time to waste, but I don't. I've spent a lot of time telling lies, and I'm over that. I'll tell you everything in person if you'd like. I've always preferred face to face communication anyway. By far the worst customer service I’ve had in along time the address has apparently been changed for years and paperwork that was given reflects this address so an update is well needed as well as all new staff I’m only going here because of obligation to do so please be prepared for horrible and rude service

Absolutely awful for-profit scam company. The definition of "Kafkaesque". Arbitrary policies designed solely to reinforce their position of power by making your life more difficult. Do you work 9-5? Not anymore you don't, because they don't offer weekend classes, and the latest any class is offered is right at 5pm, so unless you work AT the awareness program, you're screwed. And there's nothing like leaving your job early to RUSH over to one of these classes to do something like watch a video produced in 1993 called "The Cat... read more
