It's a shame I didn't read the reviews of this place prior to booking! I was referred to this practice by my GP, as I wanted to treat my PMDD in a natural, holistic way, yet I attended this practice with the same information and scripts that my GP could've provided me for free, yet I ended up spending $450 here for nothing, except to be told to go back on the pill. My experience with Aware Women's Health is mixed... the two doctors I've consulted with (Dr. Floriani and Dr. Baume are both excellent, warm, and truly listen to understand. I have only the highest praise for their work and the support they've shown me through the two years I've been consulting there. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the receptionist, Emma. It saddens me to have to write such a review, however for the sake of future patients I feel it is important to share my experience. I had endometriosis surgery with Dr. Gemma Hardi in May, i couldn’t make it to the post op date that they provided me, so when I tried to call to book a time they told me there was no appointments available for months and months.
