It was honestly nice and easier than I expected.
I am super impressed with Aware Owner! I didn't even know about public adjusting before my experience with them, but now I can't imagine going through an insurance claim without them. They handled all the communication with my insurance company and I didn't have to do anything.
Chris was a great help in getting the roof replaced he came by the house several times and got the insurance company to replace the old hail damaged roof it was looking real bad thanks Chris for all your hard work
Josh did a great job analyzing the hail damage on my roof and air conditioner. He and the Aware Owner team coordinated with my insurance company and got me a reasonable outcome for a new roof and air conditioner repair.
Aware involved every step of the way and roof and contractor assigned to the project was amazing
