As a Veteran and needing to get a plaque engrave that one who assisted me was not out of a training video. I understand that the customer is not always right but what I was asking something very simple that I had already priced at other locations and talked down to as if I was an ignorant. I have never felt so disrespected. If you have to get something done I would not recommend them to my enemy.

This company really needs to improve their customer service. I had a very terrible experience, will definitely not return or recommend it to anyone.
Overpriced , No compassion , Poor Customer service , I've used them for years out of convenience . I recommend Abbott Trophies .
