The Award Pools team recently completed our project at Whale Beach in Sydney's north. Our site is VERY steep; the only access to the rear job site was a narrow (1.4m wide) strip down the side of the house. Award handled all construction, including drilling 38 piers down to bed rock, concrete footings and walls, two new terraces and of course the extraordinary pool. Don’t think twice! go ahead with Award pools. They are high quality and reliable pool builder that deliver beautiful pools , excellent customer service and full support. I couldn’t have been happier with our pool and care we have received throughout the years. It is refreshing to see a company so responsive and supportive.
Aggressive, impatient and dangerous driver. Tail gating a car whilst a 4month baby was in the back seat. Would hate to know how this behaviour would translate into a business, take your business elsewhere, wouldnt trust this type of behaviour anywhere in life.
Great pool build but also the service and follow up maintenance support. We had a small issue that needed rectification and I thought there was no way it would get fixed pre Xmas. It was done in a week and no charge. Award own their responsibilties and do it really well. Thoroughly recommend.
