This is my third positive experience with Alex. I needed to replace pipes under my kitchen sink and to install a new faucet. He came on time with all the materials ready based on the photo I sent him. He worked efficiently and was friendly. I recommend working with him. Best way to contact him is via phone / text.

I have used Award Plus Plumbing several times. This time, the inside shut-off valve of my garden spigot was leaking. I spoke to Alex and sent a video of the leak to better help diagnose the problem. He was able to determine that a new shut-off valve was needed but that there was no damage to my pipes. He came the same day with all the necessary tools and parts and went straight to work.
