Excellent customer service, they were so fast and kind!
Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. It took just a second to open the interior locked bathroom, but the person stared silently when I asked how to avoid it in the future. They charged $350 for a job that should’ve been around $150 or less and refused to answer questions or unlock anything until paid. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear if the payment was going to the company or personally. Felt like they were trying to trap us into paying more.
Tiny but mighty store. I have been shopping and stopping at this hardware store for years. Best kept secret in the city. Fast and reliable. It has the best of everything!
