had my tub for a week now and cant stay out of it,had an inflatable before but this is another level.Cant fault the service i got from Award Leisure and highly recomend them
very poor service .our hot tub came with metal fittings and they took a year to replace them with plastic because the metal ones were rusting into the water .After they emptied the hot tub for winter we asked them to clean refill and reset . They came cleaned it then said can’t wait for it to refill left the filter out for me to clean and when I tried to put it in water went everywhere as I didn’t put it in correctly - but that was their job not mine !!!as that was a service we had paid for we were very very annoyed .Got now... read more
When we entered the store Lewis was there to support us with our initial inquiry, We were shown all different types of hot tubs that suited our needs, we made our purchase and 4 weeks later delivery setup was completed. Lewis came to our house to check if the space we have was enough. Lewis's customer service is fantastic he has been on hand checking that everything is to our satisfaction, Lewis informed us of the service plan which gave us 100% peace of mind that the product we purchased is the right one and also 10% off wh... read more
