Great service and advice Bought and serviced our hot tub from here would highly recommend
I bought a Swimspa in 2017 and Adrian was so helpful with advice before I bought it and the delivery process was efficient (and exciting as it had to be craned in over my house) and I have used Outdoor Heaven for annual servicing under a monthly service agreement ever since and they have always been very helpful with any little issues that crop up.
Excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they react swiftly to any problems that might occur. All products are best quality. Can’t recommend enough. Mike Evans
As usual, service for our hot tub was very good. Easy to book. Arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient. Did a really good job. Left the garden clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
I bought a beachcomber hot tub from the team at Outdoor Heaven. Great service. No hard sell. We did a deal and Adrian arranged for a crane to lift it into place, much to the amusement of the neighbours. The hot tub is great and the service is outstanding. I’ve had it serviced by the team twice now and each time it’s not just a quick wipe and leave.
