Simon and his team know their stuff when it comes to hot tubs, we purchased the Empire Model from the British Hot Tub Company range. Communication was excellent from time of order to time of delivery. Getting it in our back garden wasn't the easiest of tasks but they managed it! The lads who installed it were brilliant, very informative, professional and were tidy. If you're looking for a hot tub, Award Leisure Birmingham is the place to go. Highly recommended.
I was hasty at placing my last review about Award Leisure Birmingham (The company do not reply to emails or queries it seems), only to realise it was sitting in my Spam folder. I visited here for the first time to buy chemicals for my hot tub. I was hugeley impressed by the showroom, but more to the point, rhe service. We were served by a very friendy and very knowledgeable Ashley. He advised us on what we actually needed instead of just trying to sell us things we did'nt need. Really impressed by this service and will be using this place to purchase our chemicals from now on. Thanks.
