I was referred to this company from Majors RV to remove carpet and place flooring on a recent private RV sale. I had a time cruch demand that Kirk said he would meet if I decided to move forward on the job. He scheduled a date and time and showed up with his crew member as scheduled. The first day was to remove carpet and prep floors. After about 3 hours of labor and complete removal of everything in RV to sub floors, multiple water damage areas were observed and of concern. Don't quite understand why the service was so poor, since they had a good review and were referred to me by my local RV dealer. Requested new carpet for our 2014 RV. All went well at the beginning with wife ... but took 3 weeks to get husband out to measure RV. Then said he would email me a quote to get it done. Three (3) months later and several followup calls I never got a quote or heard another word. RV is now in Florida getting the job done. Totally unprofessional from start to finish. The owner did the binding on my carpet which began to pull away within 6 months. The installers were equally unprofessional and did not properly install the carpeting on the stairs. The owner came back to fix the stairs but only did the top few but had to leave and would return the folowing day. He never came back. He said he'd re-bind the living room if we brought it to his store. The entire carpet was tacked down on all sides, picking it up was not an option. He did not stand be... read more

I recently had Award Flooring install hardwood and carpet in my home, and I couldn't be happier! I have to say, Award Flooring made the whole experience so convenient. I work 9-5 during the week, but with Award Flooring's evening appointments and Saturday hours, I was able to pick my products with no problem! The installers were very friendly and did a great job. It was an all-around great experience, and I will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
