The staff are some of the most kindhearted and welcoming people I have ever come across. My experience going in for treatments is always fantastic and better than the last. I can not recommend this place enough if you have struggled with medically resistant depression.
Awakenings is the best ketamine infusion clinic that I have been to. It's clean, the infusion rooms are extremely comfortable, and the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They expertly modify your dose on how you respond and I haven't had pain from the IV.
I was referred here by my PNP after decades of treatment-resistant depression. I have tried every class and subclass of antidepressants available with little or no effect. Aside from the miracles that this medicine can do, the administration and process executed by Awakenings is top notch. Lauren and Lisa are wonderful kind souls. They are helpful, gentle, and understanding. They made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my experience. Highly highly recommend!
I was referred to this clinic by my therapist about 8 months ago. The treatments completely turned my life around. The treatment rooms are comfortable and fully equipped to ensure a good experience. Loran and Lisa are AMAZING and so knowledgeable about the whole process. They do everything they can to make sure you're safe and comfortable before, during, and after the treatment. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
