We are a veteran owned, private strength and performance based training facility, specializing in Powerlifting. We have a wide array of clientele ranging from ages 8+ and assess each of them based on their individual goals and needs. We evaluate each person's biomechanics and movement patterns in order to optimize their output, performance potential, and to help mitigate injury. One of the best powerlifting gyms in North Alabama. The awakening crew and owners go out of their way to help people and make lifters welcome. Wonderful staff, and top-notch equipment.
I love it here it is a family and is run by the best coaches. Ryan is my coach and he has trained me for over a year now. He always does what is best for me and is constantly pushing me to do better. Part of the reason I want to stay in Alabama is because of awakening strength. I would recommend this power family to any one!

Best gym I’ve been to in Huntsville. Highest quality equipment and the owners are always looking for ways to make improvements. Great for someone at any level or age wanting to get stronger and healthier. You’ll get to know people on a personal level and push each other to be the best you can be inside and outside of the gym!
